Alchem has developed both liquid and solid compounds for cutlery branches which deal with forks, spoons, knives, teaspoons.
The main processes carried out during the buffing of stainless steel cutlery are:
a) grinding
b) cutting
c) polishing
To fulfil those operations, different abrasive products and supports (discs) are employed, both in case of solid products or liquid emulsions.
For what concerns grinding and cutting products, Alchem offers items with high abrasive power, which allows production cycles in short time, intensifying the daily productivity.
With regard to brightening and finishing products, Alchem proposes liquid emulsions which can give a very high brightening effect without almost any leftover on the treated item, allowing then the immediate packaging of the finished product without any degrease operation
